On 30th November 2008, we will be introducing some changes to HomePath so you can enjoy a better banking experience. We've appointed Commonwealth Bank, our parent company, to be our agent and to provide loan maintenance services to all our HomePath customers. So going forward, you will need to contact the Commonwealth Bank for all your enquiries and transactions on your home loan.
Please be assured that we will keep you updated every step of the way so you know exactly what's happening and when. Your existing rate and fee structure will not be affected, and you will have the opportunity to apply for other new services like 24-7 access to your loan through NetBank and Telephone Banking. Plus you will have access to Australia's largest retail banking network, with over 1,000 branches and 3,200 ATMs nationally.
